About 6 months ago, we successfully balloted for an EC unit. As part of HDB policy, we need to sell our HDB and we need to do it quickly as the EC is near TOP.

Engaged Aaron and another agent's service to help sell our place as we needed somewhere bigger. Of course, our unit got sold through Aaron's efforts.
